BJP to expose anti-farmer stand of Congress govt: Sai

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President Vishnu Deo Sai on Saturday said that they would expose the ruling Congress over the anti-farmer character of state government and leave no measures to provide justice to the farmers.
In a statement issued here, the State BJP President Sai mentioned the video clip going on viral in social media in which the Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi is seen making announcement at an election rally that the Congress would not only provide MSP of Rs 2500 per quintal to the farmers against the paddy procurement but would also set up food processing plants in every block so that the farmers can get their produce upgraded.
Sai also launched scathing attack on the Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel and Health Minister TS Singhdeo on failure to implement the promises made by Rahul Gandhi to the farmers before the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly polls. He further stated that instead of raising concern towards the farmers from Punjab, the Congress leaders from Chhattisgarh should provide justice to the farmers here as several irregularities in paddy procurement has created resentment among farmers.
Sai further stated that instead of installing food processing plants, the Congress leaders have set up corruption processing plant as illegal sale of liquor, sand, drugs and land mafias are ruling the roost under the patronage of Congmen.
Sai also reminded them about the promises they had made to provide unemployment allowance to the youth who are the worst affected section in the Congress regime. Sai that people would give befitting reply to the Congress in the 2023 elections.
