Raipur, May 02: Top politicians from the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) as well as principal opposition Congress, appears to have joined the ongoing T-20 extravaganza Indian Premier League (IPL) bandwagon like the other cricket crazy people. With the next Legislative Assembly elections scheduled to be held later this year, both the principal opponents have already started to wage war and this time, they have chosen the micro-blogging twitter to launch attack against each other. In his counter attack on the State Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President Dharmlal Kaushik on the much-talked Vikas-ki-Chidia (Wings of Development) prank following the success of 112 students of state-run Prayas Hostel in JEE mains exams, the Chhattisgarh Pradesh Congress Committee (CPCC) President Bhupesh Baghel stated that Kaushik should not move on front-foot as he might get bowled of Yorker in the Cricket match.
Baghel further stated that instead of giving due attention to him, the State BJP President Kaushik should concentrate on losing political grounds instead of having an eye on the social media platform. Baghel even had a word of advice to his principal opponent stating that the latter should keep himself updated as he has already forced to be in background in the BJP. Baghel stated that he has already written a letter to the Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh on much-hyped Wings of Development. Baghel further drew the attention of Kaushik towards the government schools in shambles whereas nearly 54 thousand post of Teachers lying vacant in various region of Chhattisgarh. Is that the Wings of Development which the ruling BJP has been talking about, he questioned the BJP chief in his series of tweets. Baghel asked Kaushik to refrain from moving into front foot to face the Yorker in his middle stump.
It is notable that the ongoing T-20 extravaganza IPL tournament had been used through key cricketing terms to attack the opponents. With the political temperature getting increase, the key leaders would keep on attacking each other on current terminologies including the cricketing terms to gain political mileage. Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh who himself is a cricket enthusiast, might also join the battle in near future as he too had in past used key cricketing terminology to attack his opponents.
