Awareness is necessary for implementation of government schemesm, says Churendra

Bijapur, Oct 30: During the two-day stay of Divisional Commissioner Bastar Division GR Churendra, development block coordination meeting was organized in four blocks of the district. The Commissioner gave necessary guidelines for the successful implementation of various schemes of the government.
He met village heads and other prominent citizens of Aavapalli Panchayat of Usoor block, Cherpalli Panchayat of Bhopalpatnam, Loha Dongri in Bijapur and Bhairamgarh block and appealed to implement the schemes of the government successfully, while also discussing the evil prevailing in the society and the condition of the society in the present context.
Giving necessary directions to the departmental officers present on the occasion, sharing his long administrative experience in Bastar division, he gave necessary guidance to successfully take the schemes to the last person and connect them with the mainstream.
Member of District Panchayat and the member of the State Agricultural Welfare Commission, Basantrao Tati, while apprising the farmers, demanded to provide adequate means of irrigation.Shankar Kudiam, District Panchayat President, Nina Rawatiya Udde District Panchayat member and member of Bastar Development Authority, District Vice President Sonu Potam and various social heads made the meeting successful.
Also present were Superintendent of Police Kamlochan Kashyap, CEO, District Panchayat Ravi Kumar Sahu, and SDM Bijapur Devesh Kumar Dhruv along with departmental officers including prominent public representatives and dignitaries.
In the meet the Commissioner in his remarks said that awareness of all sections is needed to fulfill the concept of holistic development, and strengthening of rural economy.
The accompanying officials were asked to successfully implement important schemes like Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyaya Yojana, Narva, Garuva, Ghurva and Bari, Godhan Nyay Yojana, MNREGA, Kisan Credit Card, etc by the Commissioner, apart from encouraging farmers to take up crop rotation and non-traditional crops..
