Akbar inaugurates residential plot project in Sector-17

Raipur, Mar 05: Housing and Environment Minister Mr. Mohammad Akbar launched a residential plot project in Sector-17 for rapid settlement in Nava Raipur, Atal Nagar. Inaugurating it, he said that this project will prove to be important in the exercise to increase habitat in Nava Raipur Atal Nagar. Authority officials told that a tender has been issued today for the allocation of land on lease of 1800 to 8000 square feet in Sector-17 of Nava Raipur Atal Nagar. The offset premium rate in Sector-17 has been fixed at Rs 1455 per sq ft. Tenders will be invited at all stages at the said rate. Infrastructure (access road, water, external electrification and sewerage / day line, etc.) will be developed by the Authority within 3 years till the plot level, after which the allottees will have to complete the construction work in 05 years. In this, the last date for receiving the first stage tender has been set as 22 March 2021. An online application can be made by going to the section of the Authority’s website, complete and complete, in the relevant section. The application fee has been kept at Rs 1180 by the authority. Apart from this, keeping in view the facilities of the allottees, the minimum FAR for the construction of the building. The criterion is reduced from 1 to 0.5. For allottees, an option has also been kept to pay lump sum land rent for 30 years. After the construction of the building, the allotted plot can be free-held. Allotment of plots in this sector will give the authority an income of about Rs 100 crore and encourage settlements.
Housing of State Government officials is constructed in Sector-17 and it is located near Sector-19 Capital Complex and Sector-18 (Government Officer’s Housing House is under construction). For development of health and educational facilities in this sector, the Authority has also allotted plots so that residents of the sector can get the benefit of these facilities. The last date for receiving the first stage tender has been set as 22 March 2021. The authority’s website can be applied online by going to the relevant section of the entire subcontracting table and the hard copy of the tender can be submitted to the authority till 3 pm on the last date. On the occasion of launching, Chairman of Nava Raipur Atal Town Development Authority, Mr. R.P. Circle, Chief Executive Officer Nava Raipur Atal Town Development Authority Dr. Ayyaz F. Tamboli and other officials concerned were present.
