Agriculture machineries manufacturing unit burgled
Raipur, Nov 26: In a major burglary reported in Purani Basti police station, unidentified burglars have decamped with cash Ra 2.80 lakh from machineries manufacturing unit.
According to police, complainant Abhishek Agrawal is owner of an agriculture machineries manufacturing unit situated in Bhatagaon locality. Last night he had his factory and office at the usual time of 8:00 pm and till then everything was safe and fine there. However on Thursday when he arrived at his factory at 9:00 am, he was shocked to find the shutter gates broken. It was also revealed that the burglars had broken the glasses of his office window from where the intruders had taken away cash Rs 2.80 lakh kept in a drawer. Purani Basti police, meanwhile, have registered an offence under Section 457, 380 IPC against unidentified burglars and further investigation is now underway.
