Accused in double murder mystery arrested

The police has solved the double murder mystery and has arrested one of the accused, who won the confidence of the couple by killing the snake and then he murdered the couple. It is notable here that a couple working as teacher from Shriram Colony in Kurud viz. Tulesh and Sumitra Chandrakar were murdered by some unknown person on last Sunday. After the murder SP BP Rajbhanu, ASP Manisha Thakur were busy in collecting evidences and facts. During this they came to know that an employee of Virat Dhabhawala viz. Rahul Dili used to visit their home and he was taken into arrest and on strict interrogation he accepted the crime. The police sources informed that few days back a snake entered into the house of this couple working as teacher and in this they sought help of Virat Dhabawala. The youth came from Dabha and killed the snake and won their confidence. On the day of the incident he had visited Dabha to steal LPG cylinder, but he could not due to presence of people in the dabha. Later he went to couple’s house to steal the cylinder and on reaching there he switched off the lights. On this the couple woke up and he asked for a glass of water, some cash and vehicle to go to Dhamtari.
Since he was known the couple complied with his request. But in-between when Tulesh Chandrakar doubted that the power connection of his only house has being lost, then he went to the terrace and Rahul also followed him and getting a chance he stabbed him from the back. On hearing his cry for help, Tulesh wife also went to the terrace and the accused attacked her as well. But here the knife broke down and he attacked her with a stone placed nearby.
The accused after the murder came down in the house and collected all the cash, jewelleries of the deceased and threw the mobile, cut-outs of meter, iron ‘hasaiya’ and a torch in the backyard of the house and ran away.
Later on reaching the village, he immersed the clothes worn and knife used in the crime and left the jewelleries with his mother. On the next day he left for his in-laws house Gatapar. The police getting the clue arrested Rahul and seized all the items used in this crime.
