88 employees of JSPL felicitated

Raigarh, Dec 20: The employees from different departments of Jindal Steel and Power Limited (JSPL) Raigarh were felicitated with the ‘Executive of the Year Award’. Due to corona pandemic this annual programme could not be organised for last two years and therefore the winners of last three years were jointly felicitated this year.
CEO JSPL Chhattisgarh Dinesh Kumar Saravgi presenting prizes to winners motivated them to do better work in the near future. JSPL Raigarh plant is setting new records of its success every year and in this the employees play a significant role. Every year the employees of different departments are selected for ‘Executive of the Year’ award. In the programme organised at Jindal Multipurpose hall in Raigarh, CEO JSPL Raigarh Dinesh Kumar Saravgi presented prizes to selected 88 employees. CEO JSPL in his address said that the biggest contribution in growth of any institution is its employees. He said that as per his experience of having worked in almost all the places of Jindal group in last three decades, he has never found a team better than that of JSPL Jindal. He said that right since its inception, JSPL has followed the best of work culture.
Extending greetings to all the winning employees he said that treating this as the basis of performance, they all should continue to establish new examples of success in their career and which should be the ultimate goal of all working here. On this occasion all the heads of the departments of JSPL Plant were present.
