Raipur, Apr 01: Amidst surge in the Covid 19 cases, the state government on Thursday has issued directives for attendance of 50% employees in Mantralaya and Directorates of various Departments in Naya Raipur.
According to the order issued here, the Secretary and Head of Departments (HoDs) have been directed to prepare Roster of 50% employees under which 50% of employees would be Working from Home (WFH) whereas the remaining 50% employees would be present in their respective offices. Officials have been directed to ensure that the government works are not affected due to Roster system. Instead of giving complete Leave, the employees would be asked to work on Weekly Roster system. Attendance of 50% officials of Section and their sub-ordinate would be essential under the proposed Roster system, the circular stated. Superintendent level Officers would be on duty on weekly Roster System whereas the remaining officers would be regularly present as per the Roster system. Similarly, the employees too have been asked to make the arrangement of their own vehicle which would ensure social distancing among them. However, half of the capacity of people can come through Bus services available for them.
Officials and employees have also been asked to motivate their relatives and neighbours above 45 years of age to go for vaccination whereas appeal too have been made to avoid crowd places in the routine.
If possible maximum meetings should be conducted through video conferencing to further check the crowded meeting in the offices.
Appeal too has been made to avail the benefits of vaccination as separate arrangements too have been made for vaccination at Mantralaya and Mahanadi Bhawan for the officials and employees.
