25 women and 19 men qualify for East Zone Shooting championship

Raipur, Mar 07: The Office bearers of Chhattisgarh State Rifle Association (CSRA) informed that in this 19th State-level Shooting competition there were total of 69 events under different categories. During this CSRA office bearers informed that in the Shooting championship organized under sponsorship of JSPL, a total of 234 contestants took part and in this 25 shooters from women’s category and 19 men from male category qualified for East Zone Shooting championship to be held in Kolkata in April.
In the annual shooting championship held from Feb 27 to March 7, 2021, the competitions in different categories of veteran and children in 22 bore rifle, Air Rifle and Air Pistol were very much interesting. In this competition those will be qualifying for the East Zone will be selected for the Nationals. This East Zone championship is to be organized in April in Kolkata.
General Secretary of Sangh Rakesh Gupta informed that this competition is being organized since 2002 and like every year, this year also the 19th State-level Shooting championship was organized at CAF 4th Battalion Mana Camp and expressed gratitude towards holding this shooting event. Nilesh T Shah, factory head JSPL Raipur also extended greetings to the shooters/ players and organizers for holding such an event.
General Secretary CSRA Rakesh Gupta informed that the shooters who have been selected for the East Zone includes: Swapnil Rishi, Sanket Samuel, Abhishekh Mohammed, Faizan Nair, Shashank Samuel, Monika Sharma, Aashma Parvin Qureshi, Shikha Samuel, Nitin Bara, Vaibhav Chandrakar, Rehan Siddiqui, Manas Kanoje, Manvendra, Anurag Sharma, Huma Yunus, Shivani Babar, Ranjan Dhruv, Advika Nitin Sahai, Shivam Choudhary, Krishna Kashyap, Khushi Choudhary, Sunishka Kumar, Kayanat Khamar Sharif, Chanchal Sahu, Kushsgradev Singh Parihar, Anjal Gagan Janwar, Harsh Pratap Parihar, Yashshasvi Singh, Pranju Shri Somani, Anand Goyal, Vikram Singh Sisodia, Harman Singh Sandhu, Prithvi ao Mahadik, Ashish Kumar Singh, Rakesh Kumar, Harshlata Porte, Sapna Soni, Riya Gautam, Chitwan Singh, Udit Dubey, Sadia Yunus , Priya Raje Singh, Jeniffer Suta, Akshat Shukla and Gursimar Kaur Bhatia.
